How do I set up allowlisting (whitelisting) for Microsoft?
Why do I need to do this?
Allowlisting our IP addresses and domains is necessary to ensure that our phishing emails reach your inboxes and are not automatically filtered out by your spam filter.
How does it work?
1. Click on “Settings” on the left panel.
2. Click on “Simulations” at the top.

3. Scroll down and select the appropriate whitelisting guide at the bottom right.
4. “Open guide” and follow the steps shown.
- If you are a Microsoft client, it is possible to run a PowerShell script quickly and easily.
5. We then recommend configuring some standard test emails to ensure that the Whitelisting is properly configured.
a) You can do this by going into Simulations in the left panel, press Create simulation, select One-off simulation, input a name, audience, Mark as test simulation, and select create simulation. No email will be sent at this point.

Troubleshooting
If you do not receive our emails after whitelisting it may be because you are using a third party spam filter. This is because the filter changes the IP addresses of the emails before they have reached your inbox.
In that case, you will need to manually approve the IP addresses and domains.
