One admin means there’s a single source of truth for all things Moxso in your organization. No risk of tasks falling between two (or multiple) chairs. At the same time, consider how only having one person with admin access might impact business continuity if that person is on vacation or a sick leave.
One admin also means that there are fewer opportunities to collaborate and spread the Moxso ownership across the organization. An IT Manager might bring a different perspective on what to focus on from a Compliance Officer, for instance.
If you choose to have several admins, it requires more fine-tuned alignment at the start and possibly some extra time for coordination long-term, but it also opens up a channel for a more varied conversation regarding the strategy implemented with Moxso.
In practical terms, all admins have the same access, which means they all work with the same interface, see the same things, and have complete visibility over all the changes a fellow admin is working on. Nothing is hidden. No need to worry about duplicate work.
In the same vein, if one admin sends a support request to us, it will be visible to all the other admins in your organization. It means that all your admins can easily refer to their colleagues’ submitted requests, eliminating the need for additional alignment conversations and making knowledge-sharing quick and simple.
In the end, the choice is yours. If you are a smaller organization with a single location where an IT Manager has sole responsibility for cybersecurity, for example, it makes sense to only have one admin. If, on the other hand, you’re a larger organization that might have offices in multiple locations and several roles that share the responsibility for cybersecurity, you might consider having several Moxso admins.
