  • Reduce Simulation click rates
    • Add courses regarding phishing specifically to your Training.
    • Leverage the gamification of the Leaderboard to create positive conversations and competition. 
    • Increase the frequency of the Training.
  • Improve Training engagement 
    • Send further internal communication via various communication channels to assist with the culture shift. For instance, leverage communication from your CEO or CTO to send a clear signal that it is a priority.
    • Use singular videos instead of courses to make the training bitesize and boost motivation to complete them.
