What are the steps to getting up and running?

Congratulations on starting your journey with Moxso! In this guide, you’ll find an overview of the key steps we recommend you take to configure and launch the platform.

For each step you’ll find a linked dedicated article to guide you through.

  1. Configure Integrations
  2. Set up Whitelisting
  3. Launch a first baseline phishing Simulation
  4. Find your baseline data in your dashboard and analyse the results.
  5. Communicate to your company
  6. Set up the Reporting add in (Available on Understand, Adapt and Defend plans)
  7. Set up and launch Training
  8. Go through your Analytics.
  9. Determine some long term goals and take action.

Depending on your company IT configuration, we expect steps 1-3 to be done in less than an hour! We recommend steps 4-7 to be done two weeks later after launching the first Simulation. Steps 8-9 we advise you dive into after a few weeks so that your company has time to interact with the emails and the Training and you have enough data to analyse and act on.
